Cancellation Policy
No cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the standard check-in time.
If cancelled within 24 hours of the standard check-in time, one night’s tariff (based on the booking amount) will be charged.
No refunds are applicable for non-refundable bookings.
The convenience fee is non-refundable in all cases.
Convenience Fee
A convenience fee is applicable to all bookings made via online apps or websites. This fee supports 24/7 service and customer support for a seamless booking experience.
The fee is included in the total amount shown at checkout (inclusive of tax).
Applicable to all payment modes, including prepaid and pay-later bookings.

Aishwarya Apartments reserves the right to modify this fee.

Child Reservation Policy
A maximum of 1 child up to 8 years and 1 infant up to 2 years is allowed free of charge, subject to room occupancy capacity.
Only stay is permitted; no extra bed or mattress will be provided.
Extra person charges apply for guests above 8 years of age.
Extra charges also apply for additional children at the time of check-in.
GST Details
GST details or invoice modifications cannot be made after check-out.
Please ensure all required details are accurately provided at the time of booking.
Bulk / Group Booking Policy
Bookings of 3 or more rooms are considered group/bulk bookings, regardless of room nights.
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
No cancellation charges apply if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
In case of no-show, Aishwarya Apartments reserves the right to charge 50% of the total booking amount (including taxes).

Early Check-In Policy
Complimentary early check-in is allowed up to 2 hours before standard check-in, subject to availability.
Guaranteed early check-in will be charged as per the applicable tariff.
Rooms may not be provided without a guaranteed booking in case of non-availability.
Late Check-Out Policy
Complimentary late check-out is allowed up to 2 hours after standard check-out, subject to availability.
Guaranteed late check-out will be charged as per the applicable tariff.

PAH Booking Payment Policy
The full booking amount must be paid at the time of check-in.
If part-payment was made earlier, the remaining balance must be settled at check-in.
Visitor Policy
Visitors are not allowed after 6:00 PM.
Non-resident guests must be registered as additional occupants to stay beyond this time.
Visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms. If permitted under special circumstances, standard charges will apply.
